William Thomas Rieder, Jr., is a civil litigator practicing in the areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, mass torts, admiralty and maritime law, bad faith, and civil appeals. Mr. Rieder accepts cases throughout Florida as well as nationally and internationally, and has handled numerous high profile cases which have been featured on national television news networks. He has obtained outstanding verdicts and settlements for his clients from some of the nation’s largest corporations as well as the United States Government.
Mr. Rieder received his Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.
Mr. Rieder is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
