Jason Frank, Esq.

Jason Frank is an associate attorney at The Downs Law Group in the firm’s Miami office and practices in the area of toxic tort litigation. He was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. Jason graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and was admitted to the Florida Bar. Jason also has received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University.

Jason worked as a law clerk at The Downs Law Group during his final year of law school before transitioning into an associate position upon passing the Florida Bar. During law school, he participated in the Eleanor R. Cristol and Judge A. Jay Cristol Bankruptcy Pro Bono Assistance Clinic at the University of Miami, offering pro bono legal services to low-income individuals dealing with bankruptcy. Furthermore, he gained valuable experience in the Clinic by participating in mock oral arguments before the Southern District of Florida Bankruptcy Court. Jason has also appeared on the Dean’s list in law school for his academic performance and received the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award in his Mergers and Acquisitions course.

In his free time, Jason enjoys playing a round of golf with his friends and searching for Miami’s hidden gem restaurants.
