Aaron Modiano, Esq.

Aaron R. Modiano, Esq. is a seasoned litigator with expertise in quickly analyzing difficult and complex legal questions. He specializes in environmental litigation, mass toxic torts, class action, and complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining The Downs Law Group, Aaron practiced at several well-known national litigation firms. His previous, firm-based experience covered environmental law, healthcare law, ERISA litigation, government contracts, class actions, and complex commercial litigation. His innovative approach and problem solving skills led to him earning a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America recognition for Healthcare Law in 2024.

He is especially proud of his prior experience litigating class action environmental cases, seeking recovery for personal injury, property damage, and medical monitoring claims resulting from exposure to toxic and hazardous substances and is excited to being this type of work at the Downs Law Group.

Aaron earned his JD from George Washington University School of Law and his BA in Political Science and English Literature from Yale University. He maintains active membership in the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all federal district courts in Florida.
