Timothy W. Ross, Esq.

Timothy “Tim” William Ross, Esquire, he is an AV Preeminent® rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and an Avvo Rated Top Lawyer who has been a litigation and trial attorney since 1984.  He obtained his BA degree from the University of Michigan, and his JD from the University of Miami.  He has tried hundreds of jury trials as lead counsel.  In addition to his trial practice, he has been chosen on four different occasions by the Florida Supreme Court to represent it in prosecutions of sitting Judges for ethical violations, resulting in three removals and one suspension.

He is married and has one daughter who is a Varsity sailor at Brown University in Rhode Island.  He enjoys all things waterside, and has been a professional guitarist for several South Florida bands. 

When not working or sailing, he enjoys the company of his wife, Natalia, his dog Ziggy Stardust, and his cat Dora, as well as the Brickell dining scene.
