Jason Clark named ‘Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer’ in Florida by National Trial Lawyers

Jason Clark is an Accredited-VA attorney practicing mass tort, class action, and environmental toxic tort law at The Downs Law Group headquartered in Coconut Grove, Florida. Currently, he handles BP Oil Spill, PFAS, and ‘Old Smokey’ toxic exposure claims as well as VA disability appeals. Mr. Clark earned his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Florida.  Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
