Spotlight on our attorney Jason Clark, featured in a recent article in The Sydney Morning Herald about the CSIRO’s alleged partnership with BP.
The article reports that The Downs Law Group has secured internal BP documents that suggest BP was allowed to vet CSIRO research on the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. We believe this represents a serious breach of scientific integrity and are calling on the CSIRO to come clean about its relationship with BP.
We are committed to fighting for the rights of those who have been harmed by corporate negligence, and we will not rest until the truth about the CSIRO’s role in the Deepwater Horizon spill is revealed.
