The Downs Law Group Sponsors Beach Clean-Up with Clean Miami Beach

In show of its dedication to their active BP Oil Spill and PFAS water contamination cases, along with its passion for ocean conservation, The Downs Law Group is sponsoring a Valentine’s Day inspired beach clean-up effort alongside Clean Miami Beach. The event titled “I Love The Ocean” recorded over 100 volunteers and over 332 pounds of pollution collected for disposal. It was held February 10, 2024 from 10 AM till noon on Miami Beach and 35th street. 

Also sponsoring this event was Miami Beach Rising Above, Delta, and Boatsetter.

Clean Miami Beach, Inc is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization founded by Miami Beach resident Sophie Ringel dedicated to the protection of beautiful Miami Beach and its marine wildlife. It educates locals who participate in their monthly clean-up events on the importance of refraining from use of single-use plastic items.
