Carolina DiPuglia

Carolina DiPuglia is a legal nurse at The Downs Law Group. She is a passionate, empathetic, sociable, well-organized professional who has been a licensed registered nurse (RN) for over 20 years.

Ms. DiPuglia has an extensive and well-rounded nursing background which includes acute medical surgical care, Critical care, Trauma ICU care, as well as Reconstructive Surgery. She functioned as a Charge Nurse in the ICU as well as a Nurse Educator to new nurses and completed chart reviews for quality assurance. Her career has provided her firsthand experience with many of the issues faced in medical legal matters.

Ms. DiPuglia also has accumulated over 11 years of experience in legal nursing reviewing and screening cases for merit, reviewing and analyzing medical records for deviations from the medical and nursing standards of care, summarizing medical records, preparing opinion reports pertaining to the individual matters, and performing nursing and medical literature research.
