Jess Aberman, Esq.

Jess Aberman is a seasoned attorney with over a decade of experience in property insurance defense, real estate acquisitions and development, and complex real estate litigation. 

Prior to Vernis & Bowling, Jess served as Corporate Counsel and Real Estate Development Manager at Zaveco Development, LLP in South Florida, where she conducted research to source land and determine permitted land uses, led due diligence efforts, drafted and negotiated LOIs and Purchase and Sales Agreements, and rezoned land into higher density opportunities.

Jess also has experience as a Complex Real Estate Litigation Attorney at Conrad & Scherer, LLP in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she assisted with the prosecution of a complex real estate action through the conclusion of a bench trial, legal research and drafting of a wide range of complex pre-trial motions with a fact pattern of first impression, and extensive document review, analysis and redaction of tens of thousands of documents in preparation for trial.
