Jason Clark Esq.
Jason Clark is an associate attorney at The Downs Law Group in Coconut Grove, Florida and an Accredited-VA Attorney. He was named a 2025 Florida "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers and was selected as a “Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer” in Florida by The National Trial Lawyers on June 17, 2024. Mr. Clark earned his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Florida. Thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
During law school, Mr. Clark took part in environmental law with a concentration in Litigation. During his time in law school he was a HOPE Public Interest Fellow and focused his internships within the environmental law sphere before beginning his legal journey as a Downs Law Group law clerk in 2020.
After graduating from law school, Clark was offered a position as an Associate Attorney and is currently involved with BP, Old Smokey and PFAS cases.
